Our Guidebook is born out of personal experience buying a home off-plan on the Greek side of Cyprus. While each country has its own standards and specificities, and that Developers provide different levels of support in the after-sales process, how to approach a property personalization and the foundational knowledge behind it, are very similar.
We have invested a significant amount of time in the customization of our house. We share our learnings and the information we gathered through research and by seeking professional advice. Our Motto: No knowledge goes to waste! With our background in Training, we are well placed to put together a structured resource.
